The high-temperature gas filter produced by the British company TENMAT is a product specifically designed for high-temperature gas dust removal, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 1600 ℃. It has been used in developed countries such as Europe and the United States for nearly 20 years.

TENMAT filters use different types of raw materials and can be used up to a maximum temperature of 1600 degrees Celsius. In practical applications, the temperature of high-temperature gases is mostly between 200 and 700 degrees Celsius. High temperature filter bags are usually made of Nomex material, with a heat resistance temperature of only 180 degrees Celsius. Excessive temperature can cause the filter bag to heat set, leading to blockage and rupture.

The applicable temperature is the same as the heat-resistant temperature of the raw material, which can reach 1000 degrees Celsius. The TENMAT filter is refined using unique refractory materials, which are more than three times harder than ceramic fibers at 500 ℃ and have excellent wear resistance.
